Our full conversion builds typically take 90 to 120 days from arrival at your property to final delivery of the completed project.

This amount of course is going to vary depending on the materials used and the complexity of your build design. Typically speaking, with materials and labor, plan on spending around $75,000 for a basic off-grid build.

This price is not binding, nor does it include the cost of the vehicle.

Your conversion will be built with all of the items included in your build spec sheet you and we agreed upon during your consultation. It is completely up to you as to how much solar or batteries you have, how big your bed is, the amount of freshwater you carry, or your color schemes.
We are here to build your dream Tiny House on Wheels!

Currently, we do not offer any type of financing for your vehicle or the build conversion.

You can secure your spot on our Build Schedule by initiating the process and sending us your build reservation deposit of $3,500.
For a partial build or a la carte project, a deposit of $2,500 is required to secure your build appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable but does go towards the total labor cost of your build.

No, we don’t perform any mechanical work on any of the conversions.

We highly recommend you have ASE Certified mechanic do a thorough inspection of your vehicle prior to purchase.
Finding a certified ASE mechanic is best done by word of mouth in the area you are located or the area you are purchasing your potential vehicle.
If you are unfamiliar with the area, we recommend utilizing the skoolie or van life community for recommendations.

Not at all. Choosing the right skoolie or van is an important decision. We can get started along the process of planning your build in the meantime.
You will need to have your skoolie or van prior to our arrival, however.

A Skoolie is generally referred to as a retired school bus, or bus designed to carry passengers, that has been converted into an RV or motorhome.

We are a unique conversion build company In that we travel to you instead of you bringing the vehicle to our shop. This is a saving in expenses for you the customer.
We complete the conversion process on your property or where you have the vehicle stored for the conversion process.
Also, it allows you the unique opportunity to see the progress of your conversion project up close.

An off-grid skoolie, van, or another type of converted vehicle is one that is self-sustainable, at least for extended periods of time.
We build our off-grid conversion vehicles so that the customer is not dependent upon RV parks for shore power or city water.
With some of our off-grid packages, you should be able to boondock for up to a month at a time.

Yes, it can be. We design your build conversion based on your needs for traveling. If you choose an off-grid package, we will build it based on your off-grid needs.

You can choose from several off-grid options.
Solar power and house battery banks
Back-Up Generator
LP Appliances
Fresh and grey water tanks
We recommend all of our clients use a power “calculator” spreadsheet to best determine what off-grid system they need for their anticipated lifestyle.

All of our builds are completely unique and custom-made. We do not subscribe to the “cookie-cutter” mentality when it comes to floor plans. We can handle absolutely everything for you and make all of the decisions based on our consultation meetings or you can have a “hands-on” role by telling us a specific layout you would like.
If it is possible, we can build it for you!

You are free to choose any type of van you prefer based on your budget and camping or traveling needs. We recommend a van with a high ceiling for comfort and useability.

Yes, we do. We can also convert UPS box vans, ambulances, and tiny homes.

We have a predetermined route for adventure and exploring already laid out.

We do not stray from our travel route by more than 500 miles.  Otherwise, we put it on our calendar. It also depends on the time of the year and your location. We prefer to convert vehicles in the South during the Winter months and vehicles in the North during the Summer or Spring months.

We LOVE building tiny homes!!!  This allows us to travel and build at the same time!
